Widely published on management reform in the United Nations system.  Doctorate (D.Phil.) in Economics from Oxford University, Nuffield College, United Kingdom and Masters in industrial engineering from Karlsruhe University, Germany.

Gaïa is a junior consultant who is currently studying in the Master in Consulting and International Strategic Management from Panthéon Sorbonne University in Paris. She holds a Bachelor of Management and Human Sciences from iaelyon School of Management (Lyon, France) and a University Diploma in Language and Polish Culture from University Jean Moulin in Lyon.

He has developed Strategies and implemented Governance, Risk & Control schemes (Anti-Corruption & Money-Laundering), in the International Private and Public sector, in order to promote Good Governance, Better Ethics, Corporate Social & Environmental Responsibility. Vanessa has worked in different capacities within the public and private sectors, in international organisations, think tanks and businesses. As a result of the various roles and sectors she has worked in, she is able to approach issues from different perspectives providing a big picture and the small details analysis. She endeavours to advise through empowerment on better ways organisations and companies can produce value through tangible outcomes in operations and management. Her approach is influenced by her academic background of which she holds an MA in International Peace and Security from King’s College London.
